Hosting Account blocked due to using snapshot plugin

My hosting provider is blocked my account due to snapshot plugin behaving not normally.

Below is the msg I got

Your account has been abusing CPU resources for an extended period of time and has been disabled in order to ensure continued performance stability of the account and server.

Please provide suggestion on who to fix this issue and get my site up and running again.

Thanks

    Hello @Munir

I hope you are well today and thanks for asking the question.

The only fix is here to change the hosting. I think you are in shared hosting, shared hosting has some limitations on using resources.

I have one recommendation though, are you taking snapshot daily? Can you make it weekly or monthly? If your hosting allows that for you…

    Cheers

I have come to know that the main issue was with your Domain Mapping plugin update a few days ago.

I updated that plugin today and it seems to be working fine.

Anyway have a check on your Domain Mapping plugin, to avoid the same issue for other users.

    Thanks,

I am still having the same issue and have been getting emails from my hosting. Could you please have to look at my account and let me know what causing this issue.

I have attached an image to show the process running on the server

    Hello @Munir

I hope you are well today.

Yes, this is a known thing, when you use SSO or cross domain single logon, then it will check the cookie in certain interval. In that case, you need to disable SSO. Please go to Network Admin > Settings > Domain mapping and disable Cross Domain auto login.

Hope it helps  Please feel free to ask more question if you have any.

    Cheers
