The option of .com + webmail for free is a feature that exists in the reseller, for the admins.
I don’t understand why it is not activated for clients too.
It makes sense for WPMU : By enabling this, it gives us more weight to sell annual plans.
We (resellers) get our money for a full year, we’re happy.
And you also get a full year of hosting.
We’re on the same side here, so if you give us powerful tools and marketing arguments to push the hosting, is will be easier to sell.
The hosting plans you sell us are already expensive and very low in storage, so please, push some new elements to give something to chew on.
It would be nice to implement this asap.
