Hosting – can't create staging environment

I can’t create a staging environment When I click on “Create” I get this message

    Hi Alexandre,

    Hope you are doing good today. :slight_smile:

    We gave a closer look regarding this, and such issues with Staging site not getting created occurs if there are PHP fatal errors in the production site.

    On giving a closer look, I was able to notice that the wp-config.php file for some odd reason wasn’t opening in our side. I created a new file with the relevant information, and now I could create staging websites without any issues.
