[Hosting] Clearing the cache was an option at the end of auto updates if hosted with WPMU

Automate Updates.
One thing I run into sometimes is that after updates the site looks funky because the cache needs to be cleared.
I think IF HOSTING at WPMU it would be cool clearing the cache was an option at the end of updates
