[Hosting] Client Continuity Plan

I have had a few clients inquire about continuity for their website and content, in the event that something happens to me. In these cases, I have provided them with full access to their site via the Hub, as well as admin access to the site.

However, I could see a more robust feature being very useful. Perhaps a level of Team Member that allows the client permission to move the hosting plan to a new WPMU account? Perhaps the account Owner (me) would have the ability to disable this feature, or it would automatically become disabled when Suspend Site is enabled, to prevent non-paying clients from grabbing their site.

Currently, if I were to cease to exist, I’m not sure these clients would have a path to be able to gain control of billing for the hosting plan, am I mistaken? This would likely result in them migrating the site to a different host to avoid losing the site when my WMPU Dev account goes inactive.
