[Hosting] Manual thresholds for individual hosted sites about disk storage usage

Hello, I believe that would be very useful for all the members that have a site hosted here, to have the possibility to manually set thresholds on individual websites about the % of disk storage being used, so we can have email notifications about this in a more custom way.
