I’d love to have a spot where I can keep notes about a site. Right now, I have a spreadsheet where I store a bunch of random bits of information about each site. On many of my sites, I also keep an unpublished post called “0-Site Notes”. (The “0” keeps it at the top of the list of Posts.)
