Depending on the specific kind of problem I’m trying to get help on, sometimes the screening box at the start of a session goes off the page.
The problem is that there’s no scroll option if the box goes off the page so I can’t hit the “Submit” button to start.
I end up having to drag the window from my 15″ laptop screen to my 21″ external monitor and then the box fits and I can start my session.
<edit> If you look at the attachment, it APPEARS as if there’s a scroll bar on the right to let me move the box up and down, but it doesn’t work. The scroll bar all the way to the right scrolls the background screen up and down.
