How do I remove the WPMU DEV NEWS and WPMU DEV DASHBOARD widgets?

I installed the WPMU DEV Dashboard and Ultimate Branding plugins. I was able to remove some WordPress logos and mentions, but instead got your two widgets.

    Click “Screen Options” in the upper-right corner of your screen while in the dashboard. You may deselect the widgets there.

    Also, I believe those widgets show up on the network dashboard, but not the regular administration dashboard (i.e., the one users see).
