How to edit plugins not show Blog ID 1 or admin’s blog on homepage ?

Plugins (I used all plugins)

    Lists all , List All Posts and Most recent posts all go in mu-plugins and have no options page. Their calls have to be hard-coded somewhere in a template. End-users cannot see they are there and will not know how to use them. even if they could guess, the php will be stirpped wherever users are allowed to put in anything.
