How to remove red notification message inside the dashboard?

Hi,

There’s a couple of plugins I would like to use for some clients of mine…Is there a way to remove the red notification message from wpmudev without installing the wpmudev dashboard?

    Greetings simplebutcreative,

    Absolutely by removing the coding that renders the message on the dashboard form within the coding itself.

    Because its position in the files varies from plugin to plugin to tell you exactly where it is at I would need to know the plugin you are referring to. It is clearly marked and relatively easy to find.

    One method is copy the phrase you see in the message in the dashboard and use a search facility to search through the code (I personally use Dreamweaver to do this) and match the text clearly indicating the code for the message – remove.

    You will see that once you find it once you will be able to easily spot it most of the time in the other plugin files.

    This is indeed the cleanest method though indeed there are others.
