HTTP ERROR 500 after migration with Shipper

I am getting a HTTP ERROR 500 on the destination site after migrating the site with Shipper and having received the email informing that the migration was successful.

The conflict test returned no positive result. The content on .htaccess seems correct and there is a “Migration complete” message at the end of the Shipper log.

    Hi Mike,

Hope you are doing good today.

On giving a closer look, the issue was related to the WordFence plugin. It seems to be a common scenario with WordFence when the site is moved to the new host if the “Remove Extended Protection” option isn’t used as mentioned in here:

    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/fatal-error-with-wordfence-2/#post-10477608

I could notice a .user.ini file in the root folder in the destination website and have commented the referenced line in user.ini file, and now the website is loading fine.

Please do check, and let us know whether everything is intact after Shipper migration, so we could give a closer look if needed. Have a great weekend.

    Regards,

    Nithin
