Sorry to bother you on Sunday, I cannot sync my website with the WPMU DEV hub, my problem website is on you managed hosting site.
To give you some background why this has happened, its related to previous help/support/forum tickets in regard to server response time, as I want to test my theory, I will share the results in those open forum ticket. Getting back to my problem, my DNS domain name was transferred to new domain name provider today, after transfer was complete the site was still active and using previous nameservers from old DNS provider on name provider settings, I reset everything to ensure its utilizing 100% on my new provider, hence my website went offline for sometime since coming backup I no longer have my hub management overview.
I have tried many times using auto sync, receive following message;
“We hit a snag while auto-installing the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin on http://www.blahblah So let's install it directly or try again “
Tried direct approach also issue at check status again cannot proceed as it asks to select website but does not show on list, as I am using your own hosting checked WPMU DEV dashboard nothing really there to force a sync, also as its on your hosting protected against uninstalling then reinstalling.
Any help will be highly appreciated, now out of ideas.
