Hub Reporting Errors

Why does the Hub reports that I have scheduled to send out every week, come back with no data in them?

Looking through the history, anything that is around 62kb in size has no data in it and anything above 90Kb is ok, each week it seems to be randomly occurring to either my client or Developers Report?

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    It seems that we’re still dealing with some issues related to this. In some cases those reports (only scheduled ones) are missing some or all data, though it doesn’t happen for all pages and always. Our developers and sysadmins are still working on the issue.

    Could you please tell me if in your case this affects all the scheduled reports or just selected ones (e.g. only for some websites) and if it happens with every report or rather “randomly”? Are there all the sections/data missing or just some (if so, are they specific/always the same or there’s no rule as well)?

    Hey Sorry for the delay,

    but at present, I am only monitoring/testing 1 site and producing a client and a development report from it, which randomly sometimes includes the data.

    I was not going to roll it out to other sites until this works correctly!

    I’m sorry for keeping you waiting on this. It’s still under development, I’m afraid.

    I just checked the status of the case and it seems that most part of the solution is ready but there’s still some issue that turned out to be sort of “release blocker” and needs to be solved before the update can be pushed. I know that our developers are working on this really hard and it’s an issue of a very high priority so I believe it will be solved really soon, finally.
