Hub showing different info than the site Dashboard

Few plugins of my site got a new update. Can’t update those using Hub. Also, plugin version is showing different than site Dashboard.

    Thank you for contacting us about this issue.

    I checked in the Hub if the issue is still there. From what I can see now, the reports seem to be correct. Did you do anything on the site since you contacted us and this ticket was created?

    As for the plugin updates from the Hub, have you tried doing this again? Please have a backup ready and try it again to confirm here if this issue persists or got fixed.

    As Ashik explained, there may be a slight delay of around 15 minutes until any changes on the site are updated in the Hub.
