Hustle Campaign monitor not working

I created an embed form called “Retie” but its not sending the info to Campaign monitor. It was working fine in the beginning but not anymore. Please check chat notes for more info.

    Hope you are doing well :slight_smile:

    I have tried to replicate the issue in my test site but could not replicate it. I have checked with a basic email optin and also imported your embed. Both the embeds works and sends email to the Campaign Monitor. However for your Embed it just entries the email address and no name or anything else.

    I am forwarding this to our second level support for further investigation.

    Please note: their response time might be a bit longer than ours here on forum as they are dealing with a lot of complex stuff on daily basis. We will update you here as soon as we got more information from them.
