[Hustle] eNewsletter Intergration – Member gets unsubscribed immediately

I have a Hustle embed set up to collect submissions and add them up to an e-Newsletter group.

I have about 15 people that have submitted the form. They have all been added to the correct list, but it also shows them as unsubscribed. I haven’t even sent out an email yet.

I can’t see how they all have already unsubscribed. Upon submission, they get an unsubscribed status, immediately. Please advice.

    I was checking the e-Newsletter and Hustle settings as I wasn’t able to reproduce this in a testing site of mine and noticed that you hadn’t selected a “Member group” in Hustle’s Integration tab of the specific Embed that you are using. After enabling the options below:

    my testing subscriber user ([email protected]) remains as part of that group and didn’t become “unsubscribed”.

    Thank you for testing. I figured I was missing a setting somewhere. I see your email subscribed fine.

    The problem is, I am trying to see this setting myself, but when I go to integrations, I do not see it as you do in the video. I have a staging server and was trying to make the same change you did. I have attached some screen shots. I compared this to the live site where you made changes, and it looks t the same. I am not seeing the pop up which allows me to check the list as your video shows.

    Can you help me understand this? Thanks

    I can’t see any attachments in your reply, it’d be easier if you could grant temporary support access to your staging site though, so I can have a better look. :slight_smile:

    No need to share any WP admin credentials,

    just navigate in WP admin area under WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access page and click on the

    “grant support access” button.

    I tried to connect to https://staging2.ino***********.com/wp-login.php with the same credentials used for the live site but I’m getting an error about invalid username (username: wpmudev).

    Could you please grant support access instead, as shown in my previous reply?

    You don't need to login to staging2. I can't see the setting you are referring to on http://www.inolablueridge.com either. I only mentioned staging 2 because I was trying to compare. Please login with the credentials provided. for live site.

    Here are the screenshots that I see when logged in to either live or staging. I am not sure why they did not upload previously. You will notice my only options are disconnect or save. I don't have an option to make it active. I am not seeing it as you sent it in the video.

    Let me brief you through the process step by step with the help of screenshots and step procedure too:

    Step one: Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard-> Hustle Pro-> Embeds. Click on the Edit button as shown below:

    Step two: Now Click on the integrations tab as shown below:

    Step three: Click on the Configure Integration button as shown below:

    Step four: Here you will see the Early List as I see:

    Thank you. I was looking in the integrations instead of embeds section, so I see it now.

    The reason that the login did not work on the staging site is because I never set it up. There was no need for you to login there. I was only referencing it as a comparison because I was not able to find the setting on either site.
