When loading a page in Firefox 68, in Windows 8 or 10, the popup either loads partially covering the popup content, or the popup loads a bit choppy in 2 or more little chunks.
This only seems to happen in Firefox (and maybe IE as well); in Chrome & other browsers, the popup loads fine.
