Hustle Pop-up for Video

I’ve integrated a Video in Hustle Pop-up and the audio is running even I’ve closed the pop-up or navigated to a different page on Mac/Chrome.

    Hi Ian ,

    Thanks for sending in the details. Is it okay, it seems you haven’t shared the WP admin login password for the user “wpengine”, is it okay, if we reset the password so that we could use the admin account “wpengine”?

    Support access can get terminated unexpectedly, so it would be really helpful if we could access the website via the “wpengine” login.

    SFTP login works, and I’m passing the given credentials to our SLS team so that this could be looked upon asap.

    I have prepared a custom snippet which you can use as a guide here:

    You can download a zip, unzip it and upload file hustle-stop-custom-video-audio-after-close-popup.php to your wp-content/mu-plugins folder. If that folder doesn’t exist you can simply create it.

    or you can paste it in your child theme’s functions.php file.

    Hey Tho Bui ,

    I hope all is well! Unfortunately I need to reopen this support case. I’ve added a general password protection to the site and its ok to be here (User: uprep2stagingPassword: 1e843224 ) The same user info I provided in the secret form is still active. I’m experiencing the same issue, myself, again, with the same video (homepage popup) playing in a Hustle pop-up – The audio continues to pay after closing the popup and even when navigating to a new page and most often but not exclusively when multiple tabs are open. I’m on Mac OS 10.15.1 using the latest version of Chrome. Please let me know how I can assist to resolve this one. Thank you!
