Hustle popup visibility rule not working

Visibility condition on Hustle popup is not working as it is expected. Please fix this as it is messing up my site.

    On further investigation, our developer was unable to replicate this issue. During the chat session, I got confused with a known behavior that the popup appears on the home page. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    To further debug this issue, could you please send us the WP admin credentials along with FTP access for this site?
