[Hustle Pro] Additional inline positioning for Hustle Pro

At present Hustle embeds can be placed before or after the body content. It would be very useful to have an additional control to place a promotion after x number of paragraphs.

    At present Hustle embeds can be placed before or after the body content.

    The Embeds have three possible Display options: Inline Content, Widget and Shortcode.

    It would be very useful to have an additional control to place a promotion after x number of paragraphs.

    If you activate the Shortcode option you will get a shortcode that you will be able to paste on the post or page, at the specific part of the content you desire to achieve you goal.

    It will be really cool have a feature like the one you are requesting but it will be a challenge to develop it because post and page content could be whatever so there will not be any control over it and issues will arise.

    Using Shortcode is less cool, but it will make the job.

    Hi Alfredo,

    Using the shortcode is possible, but for a news site with a lot of content it’s not feasible to go back and edit, say, 30 000 posts. This functionality is very standard for something like Advanced Ads or similar. The challenge is that ads before the content are not great UX and are not recommended for SEO reasons (too many elements before the content). Promotions after the content may not be seen frequently if readers don’t scroll to 100%.

    Just a thought.

    You a great point here, I agree that in this case the shortcode wouldn’t be a nice approach, especially for maintenance in case you would like for example to run A/B embed tests.
