[Hustle Pro] Cannot create an alert banner

Hi there, I wanted to create a simple header banner like this one https://tinyurl.com/sxldfhw and I was surprised to find out that you don’t have this option under “layouts” – Can you tell me how to do this? Please add this simply option to the layouts. Thank you
