[Hustle Pro] Exit intent pop up not firing

I’ve set up an exit intent pop-up using Hustle Pro which is set up to only appear on two pages of the website. Unfortunately it doesn’t appear to be firing. I’ve left the support door open for you to have a look.
P.S. There’s only one pop-up
