[Hustle Pro] Hustle not sending to MailChimp

I have a form set up to collect name, email, address1 and address2. Sometimes the form sends the name and email to MailChimp, sometimes it doesn’t. I can’t get it to send the physical address (address 1 and 2) to MailChimp at all.

    Hello Jon Barnes ,

    I was checking settings of your form in Hustle and it looks like it’s not possible to edit the Address 1&2 field (that needs to be checked to see if the Name of the fields is the same as in the MailChimp (so the fields can be correctly mapped). It is possible that it is caused by another plugin on the site.

    In this case, I suggest starting with quick plugin/theme conflict test as described in getting support manual E. Plugin Conflict Test

    If you have access to a staging site it is better to perform that test there (if there is no staging, make sure to make a backup of your site before doing any changes).

    I’ve tested this on my lab site and I wasn’t able to replicate this issue. I could edit Address field correctly in Hustle and then it’s value was in MailChimp later.
