[Hustle Pro] Hustle Pro not poping up

The plug in is not popping up on my site

i use the divi theme if that ads any information

    I am sorry to know that you are having a problem while using Hustle Pro.

    To investigate further on your issue, we would need to check your sites back end. But as support access isn’t enabled for your site, so I am unable to check the issue on your site.

    Hi Accene,

    I had a closer look on your issue and after a little investigation I found that page scroll value to trigger your pop-up is missing which is causing the issue.

    As you selected option Scroll to trigger the pop-up, so you would need to set the scroll value there anything between 0 – 100% and the pop-up would be shown right after a page is scrolled to that certain percentage. You could set the scroll value here wp-admin > Hustle Pro > Pop-ups > edit your pop-up > Behavior > Pop-up Trigger > Scroll > After the amount of page scroll. I set the scroll value to 5 percent to test the issue and now it’s working fine on my end without having any issue.
