[Hustle Pro] Hustle Pro Popup & Slide-In Not Working

Hi:
I can not get the popup nor slide in to work with the current theme installed. Switching to a default WP theme solves the issue so I know it is the theme being used. We are working on replacing this theme. In the meantime, is there any thing I can do, add to the code, to make the popup or slide in work?
I have granted support access on the website.
