    That’s odd behaviour. We would like to check the plugin settings on your WP dashboard side. Could you please grant support staff access so that we could give a closer look?

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We respond to tickets in order of oldest to newest, and hence a delay.

    Thanks for enabling support access I checked your website and the “Claim your $50 Discount!” popup and could notice it’s in draft mode. So I quickly checked whether the changes reflected by making minor edits in the content and also also publishing the popup it but it worked fine.

    I’m afraid, I’m a bit lost with your issue, could I know where exactly you notice the changes aren’t saving?

    Is that related to any specific settings? A screenshot regarding this would be helpful. I also checked for any console errors but there wasn’t any error that could specifically pinpoint any.

    Changes to popup made was reverted after the test. Could you please advise whats being missed so that we could check further regarding this and help get you sorted asap.
