[Hustle Pro] I'm having trouble with visibility on Hustle Pro

Hi,
I’ve created a popup and published it on the website. Unfortunately, it seems to interfere with the loading of all pictures in the page I’ve put it. All pictures load and then disappear. Is there also a way to inherit the WordPress theme style into the popups? like font, size, etc?

    That might mean there’s some conflict either with the theme (or some feature of it) or some plugin(s). I’ve visited your site but I’m not sure where to look for the popup and I’d need to see it to be able to tell more.

    Could you please tell me where exactly on site can I see this popup?

    I’d also like to take a closer look at the configuration and for this I’d need to access the site so would you, please, enable support access for me?

    To do that, please go to the “WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access” page in site’s back-end and click on “Grant support access” button there, then let me know here once it’s enabled, as I won’t be notified automatically.

    I’ll then check the popup and site to see what might be causing the issue and how to fix it.

    In “Appearance” settings of your popup there’s an option to switch on “Vanilla Theme”. This is basically a “no theme” theme and popup is supposed to pick most of the styling form the site then.

    I’d start with enabling that option then. Please note though that there still might be some CSS tweaks/customization needed as – depending on how the theme (and plugins that possibly add-up to/modify site CSS) works – it might not be possible to inherit all the styling fully.
