Hustle Pro is integrated with my ActiveCampaign crm but the leqads are not getting there.

I’ve got Hustle Pro where I created a form, this is connected to Active Campaign via Integration. Form is in my homepage and when I process it, the values aren’t arriving and being stored into my Active Campaign account.

    Hi Perry Lawrence ,

    I just tested this on my lab server and was able to replicate the issue there.

    First I imported your form, and when test submissions didn’t sync, I went ahead to configure the pop-up with various settings, which didn’t yield results either.

    This included trying to connect to varying forms and lists in your Active Campaign, while trying submissions each time.

    I had Hustle Debug mode enabled, so I was able to see an api related error. I tried resetting the api key in your Active Campaign account, however, this still did not resolve the issue.

    IMPORTANT: You can get the new api details in your account under settings > developer. I already updated these in the site in question but if you have any other integrations please be sure to update the api key there.

    We have forwarded this to our second level support team (SLS) to check it further. You will hear back from us once they have done so.

    Please note that the SLS team is constantly working on complex issues and as such they may take a bit longer to reply here than the first level support team. Thanks for your patience.

    I checked and see 2 issues there:
    The first, it seems Hustle Pro is not up-to-date the ActiveCampain API. I see it already reported to our dev, and it will be fixed soon.
    In this case, you can temporarily fix this by adding a new custom field (as I added a new custom field Company). And note, you also can’t create a new custom field via Hustle. So if you want to add a custom field please create on the Campain dashboard and then you can add this field on the Hustle.

    The second, when you copy name field from the ActiveCampain, please remove % character: https://monosnap.com/file/Px9nXNJ7cN2Yj2EUntudYoQN2m8elY

    Note, I suggest you use ActiveCampain for the list instead of form type: https://monosnap.com/file/nM0eQ9xmjSw6gS7m4S4nKQADIRE1Ah
