[Hustle Pro] Padding at the top and bottom of the slide-in content

Hi, I have one active slide-in. If you would review the content in the visual tab, there is padding to the left and to the top of the content. How do I remove this? There are scroll bars showing up on all the browsers when the content slides in. The scroll bars were NOT present when the slide-in became visible from the middle right. Once I changed the slide-in from middle left to middle right, the scroll bars displayed. Thanks, Mary

    Hi Kasia, I just updated the plugin, but the issues still exist. I’ve attached two screenshots. Padding.jpg shows the padding on the left and top of the banner. We were having issues with the plugin display when it slid from the bottom right. One of your team members may have added this padding, but I don’t really know. The other issue that just surfaced is shown in Frame.jpg. Even though I have a square 350 x 350 size, I’m getting the additional frame above. If you have time to look at this, I’ll need to whitelist your IP address. Thanks for your help!

    Hi Mary

    Hope you are doing well.

    Wouldn’t you mind please, try to apply this?

    On the Content > Text.

    Change the image size to 100% on both sizes.

    Then add the following Custom CSS on Hustle > Appearance > Custom CSS

    .hustle-content-wrap,
    .hustle-content{
        padding:0 !important;
    }

    However, you can also use the Featured image instead of content.

    And then modify your Fitting option on the Appearance tab.

    Hi Patrick, I just realized that the scroll bars are still there. I went ahead and changed the height to 100% and took some screenshots. With the height set at 250px or 100%, the scroll bars show up. In the screenshot labled 21.127Z, you can see the padding on the top and the left side. The padding appears at the bottom as well. In the interim, I changed the height back to 250px. Thank you!

    Hi Patrick, I believe that the issue I’m having with the extra padding is not being caused your plugin. I think it is the zone codes I’m using from our ad server. When I use a basic image tag, the padding issue disappears. I’m going to mark this support request resolved. Thank you for all your help!
