[Hustle Pro] Pop-up not showing when visibility condition is activated

Hi,
We have a problem with the Hustle plugin as something is not working when adding a condition under the visibility setting.
Basically we want to have a pop-up only showing on a couple of pages and it seems not to work.
Specifically the pop-up should show here https://www.aguardio.com/contact-us/. But it doesn’t
We tried in different browsers incl. in ingocnito mode…

    I’ll be happy to assist you with this but I would need to take a closer look at the site, including Hustle’s popup configuration.

    Would you please enable support access to the site so I could check it? To do so:

    – go to the “WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access” page in site’s back-end
    – click on “Grant support access” button there
    – let me know here once it’s done.

    I’ll then check the site and popup configuration so we could make it work for you.

    Unfortunately, it’s a “no go”, I’m afraid. It seems there’s either something more wrong in site’s configuration or there’s some additional security layer (plugin or on server) that is blocking Support Access because instead of being let into the site, I’m still being redirected to the login form. I asked some of my colleagues to confirm that (if it’s “only me” or rather a general issue) and they experienced the same.

    So I’m unable to access the site and check it this way, I’m afraid. An alternative approach would be to let me access the site directly. You could create an additional admin account (and remove it once we’re done) on site then and provide me with credentials.

    Thanks for response!

    Support access is still not working for me but I received your message and direct access credentials worked.

    However, before I even checked Hustle’s configuration, I’ve opened the /contact-us page in other browser (so not logged in) and… the popup showed up for me:

    [attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

    So it looks like it’s working now. Did you make any changes to the popup configuration and managed to get it working then?

    If not – it would mean that one of the disabled plugins might have been conflicting but the only ones that I can see disabled currently are our own Defender (that has no known conflicts with Hustle, though I can’t rule it out yet) and some “maintenance” plugin. Are these the only ones that you disabled?

    Yes, it seems to work now actually. I did not make any changes so perhaps it was the Mainenance plugin. It is the only explanation I can find apart from caching might have caused the problems.

    I think we can just leave the issue here for now. Thank you so much for your kind help and support.
