[Hustle Pro] Problem in Plugin

I chatted with the support before, I have a problem with a subscription form in the home page of the website. The input is not visible on safari/iphone for email field. I have added a picture to show the problem. I was wondering if you could help me with the issue. I will provide access to the website.

Thank you for coming to our support. We have checked the Hustle embed from iPhone/Safari browser but could not replicate this. Please clear your browser cache and check again if the issue still exists.

The attached screenshot is taken from iPhone XS. If you are still facing the issue please let us what iPhone version you are using. Also, I would suggest to check the website from another device to confirm if it happens same to with on multiple devices.

You should start typing in the email field. The placeholder is visible but once you start typing the new input is not visible

Thanks for letting us know, we were able to replicate this issue on iOS devices (the issue not being able to type on that email input).

Could you please share with us your server access so we can take a further look?

Thanks for the access, I’ve validated the WP admin credentials. To the same email you sent server information, could you please attach the .pem file?
