We had about 25,000 e-mails collected by Hustle Pro and it was taking up too much space on our server. We downloaded the CSV for all the e-mails, then discovered you can only delete 10 addresses at a time. I contacted support a couple days ago asking how to purge them and they told me to delete and reinstall Hustle Pro.
That didn’t work so I tried downloading the popup, deleting the popup. then deleting and recreating the popup. That removed the addresses, but it also cleared the cookies, so users are seeing the popup even after they sign up.
We really need a tool or process that lets us bulk purge the addresses without deleting the cookies.
