[Hustle Pro] Slide in appears on a post, but is setup to appear on page only

Hello, I have set our first slide in on accace.com as a test. It is setup to appear on a certain page, but for some reason it appears also on this article: https://accace.com/covid-19-announcement-for-our-clients-and-business-partners/ .
We need help detecting why it does this. I am not sure if it appears on other articles as well, as we have too many to check.
I already granted access for support in dashboard.

    By default the slide-in shows “everywhere” unless instructed otherwise. There was a rule set restricting it to only one page but not restricting it on posts. I’ve added the rule for post and set it to “not show” on all posts “except” (without adding any exception) and after clearing the cache it seems now to be showing as expected – on that only page that you chose.

    Please take a look at current “visiblity” configuration for your slide-in to see what I changed. If you still see the popup on those posts, you might need to clear browser cache too (or check in incognito mode).
