[Hustle Pro] Surveying Users at Checkout on Site

It would be great if Hustle had a feature for woocomerce sites that could survey the user after they checkout asking a specific set of quesitons.

This feature could also be added to Forminator.

    Hi cornelius_butler ,

    I got further feedback from the Hustle team and I would like to update you that at the moment Hustle doesn’t have a condition in general that could be triggered after an event and it appears the workflow you have mentioned will require such a configuration which isn’t supported in the plugin side.

    The temporary workarounds you could apply are by using “Specific URL” or “Referrer” visibility conditions.

    For example, if the payment process after checkout redirects to a specific web page after completion, then you can implement ‘Specific URL‘ conditions.

    Or if the payment redirect is to a commonly accessed page, like the Homepage, and it’s crucial to prevent a popup from appearing when this page is accessed directly so in such case you can use the ‘Referrer’ condition.

    So the above existing condition could be utilised as a workaround for now.
