[Hustle Pro] Wanting to create a Welcome Mat to Gate Content Section – Hustle? Forminator?

Hey all,

I’ve searched high and low and can’t seem to find the answer to my question, so I’m creating a new topic. Apologies if this has been answered before and I’ve missed it.

Anyway, our marketing team is running a campaign around a virtual tour of one of our office showrooms here: https://www.icomm.com.au/showrooms/. We currently have the entire page gated on another partner website, and our social, EDM, email signature links all point to THAT page… which then redirects them back to the above url, but I want to gate it if they organically land on the site itself.

Essentially, I’d love to be able to just gate ONLY the virtual tour embed section itself. That way, I can get rid of the other gate, and all entries to the page are gathering details, no matter the source.

I tried creating a popup in Hustle, but in the templates, couldn’t see what I wanted. And, couldn’t seen any option for ‘content gate’ or ‘welcome mat’… even though I did see ‘welcome mat’ on a plugin screenshot….

Oh, ps: I have Hustle and Forminator installed and active, Branda installed but currently inactive as we’re not using her at the moment. Site is built with Beaver Builder Pro, hosted on WPMUDEV, and integrates with our marketing CRM ActiveCampaign (via Forminator). Thanks!

    Could we know on which page you noticed the “Welcome Mat” screenshot?

    Hustle Popup is primarily meant for newsletter signups or collecting user data etc. There isn’t any out of the box setting for gated content but it could be achieved by the existing feature like redirect the popup to a page after submission or sending Automated email to users with the gated content after submission as shown in the following screenshot of Hustle:

    If you want more control on Email notifications and then it would be better to use Forminator and embed the form inside the Hustle popup.

    Could we know what exact feature you are looking for Gated content so that we could check and better advise if needed?

    Both plugins do not have such features I’m afraid. Only hard solutions in this case are:

    1. the one shared above by Nithin, so the user will need to share some data with you to get a redirect to the hidden content page

    2. In Hustle pop up disable “Close pop-up when clicked outside” and hide X close button via custom CSS
    .hustle-button-close{display:none !important;}
    But as said above this is a hard solution and users (in solution nr 2) will be able to read hidden content in browser sources.

    The best solution, in this case, will be some sort of Membership plugin, with simple access.
