I get a 403 Forbidden error when trying to connect with the dashboard

I get a 403 Forbidden error when trying to connect with the dashboard and the automatic process is also failing.

    Hi, still receiving this issue, any update?

    I’ve asked the host and pasted the error message to them that comes up with the 403 but they are saying they don’t block anything or haven’t changed anything that would cause this?

      There shouldn’t be more issues with our API connectivity but if you’re still experiencing that kind of trouble, we’ll need to investigate it. However, from here we don’t have much access to your account or site information so it gives us limited options – unlike in case of your own ticket (or live chat).
