I got package not avail while installing theme switcher

clicking install on advanced theme switcher and probably others too produce following error: “install package not available”

I have 1 click info in wp-config and manually installing plugins working

    Hey there.

    I just tested and was able to install just fine through the WPMU DEV Dashboard, I’ve attached a screenshot to show.

    Does this happen only with the Advanced Theme Switcher?

    Or does it happen with all plugins through the WPMU DEV Dashboard?

    What do you mean by “I have 1 click info in wp-config”?

    I happens on other packages too. I just tried to install ultimate branding and after ‘downloading’ show for short time I got “error”. when I mouse over error I see message “package not available”

    1 click install I meant that I have FTP host,username and password configured in wp-config.php

    manually uploading and install works fine.

    What is a requirements for permissions/folders etc for wmpudev dashboard?

    my wp install hosted in amazon cloud and it is configured as network. Is there something special about network?

    My folder permissions are 755.

    Can you please send in:
