If one child site uses Elementor….

Morning
One if my child sites uses Thrive Architect and another uses Elementor.
If these plugins have an impact on site speed, do they impact all child sites or just those they are activated on?

    The’s a multisite installation, right?

    Multisite is still a single instance of WordPress, using the same database and files/scripts and same resources so I’d say – yes, it may affect other sites. It may not be as big as on the site that uses them but it still is.

    In fact, if those were separate single WP installations but on the very same account on shared hosts, they’d also affect each other a bit – as they’d share same server resources. So impact in this case would most likely be smaller but would still occur.

    But that actually applies to all other plugins/themes too – all that’s active on Multisite affects in some way entire installation. The “heavier” it is on resources, the more impact it has.
