I'm a member… trying to download a plugin…

I’m a member – I pay $79/month for membership. I’m trying to download the Pay per View plugin, and it’s prompting me to upgrade my membership. Why is this happening all the time? I thought having a membership allowed for plug-in downloads. This is the 2nd occurrence.

    I checked out your account and saw that you are having a Full Membership. Yes, you should be able to download all our products.

    The activity log also said that you downloaded Pay per View and Pay with a Like. Isn’t that so?

    I see that you had a Singe product membership before, where you had paid 79 for 3 months for a single product and also you upgraded recently (maybe after this post?). I hope its all good now.
