Image loading issue when WebP is enabled on Smush Pro CDN

Few images aren’t loading on my site if I enable WebP Conversion feature on Smush Pro CDN.

    Hi David,

    Our developers are already aware of this anomaly, and the issue is primarily with the image itself for some odd reason, and hence the Smush Pro not able to process WebP format for these images.

    Re-saving the images having issues via any photo editor tool like Gimp, Photoshop etc, and re-uploading the image again should help with WebP working fine with such images.

    This issue has been already reported, and we are looking to improve how Smush Pro would detect such anomalies, and serve original images in such use case.

    However at the moment, if you are looking forward to making use of WebP format, I’m afraid, the workaround would be to re-save, and re-upload the images again so that it would load fine when WebP setting in Smush CDN side is enabled.
