Installation of Snapshot failed

When I tried to load Snapshot the installation failed

    I’ve accessed your site using support access that you enabled and I see that the Snapshot Pro is already installed there (and activated) in the most recent version.

    Did you manage to solve the issue since you posted the ticket? If you still need any assistance with that, let us know please.
