Is the WPMU Dev Dashboard updateable through WP?

I have the WPMU Dev Dashboard v3.2.1 installed on limecanvas.com.

I'm getting an update notice to v3.2.2 but there's no automatic update.

Is the plugin designed to be updated automatically or do I have to download and install the new version each time?
