Issues while creating an SSH users

I had an SSH user on my site and for some reason, I can’t find it anymore. I tried to create it again and it is having some issues to create an SSH user.

It gives me endpoint time out, and sometimes only the User can’t be created. I created a new user with a different username it worked, but couldn’t access.

I tried to remove the User and it shows the User does not exist:

After creating a different SSH username worked fine, but still not able to use my normal username and can’t remove the test user, can you help me?
