Issues with Shipper migration

I tried migrating a website to another host using shipper in both methods (API and package) with no help.

Hi Ross Hutchins,

I hope you are well today.

I just run a Package Migration and it has been successfully done. The admin login you shared during the chat somehow isn’t working and I have to create a new one using FTP for the process. You can log in with your one and delete the temp one I created.

And after migration, there was some character encoding mismatch problem, to fix the issue I have commented following lines in wp-config.php file
```
// define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8');
// define('DB_COLLATE', '');
```
Everything should be good now. Please check and let us know.
