Issues with Smush CDN

I have installed Smush Pro on my site and enabled CDN to automatic resizing and compressing my images. But some images after “Most populars tours we have” section is not displaying. I need help figuring out the issue and fix.

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    I checked your site and it seem the issue is with some images only that apparently cannot be successfully converted to WebP. I’ve left CDN enabled on site for now but with the WebP conversion option disabled so you could check the site again and see if you can find any other missing images anywhere.

    As for those that can’t be converted – usually that’s the problem with image itself when the image file is not quite valid. One way to deal with that that often helps is to just slightly edit (e.g. resize/crop by a pixel or two) those images that are missing, re-save them and replace on the site so you could give it a try and then try enabling WebP conversion back again.

    Meanwhile, we also asked our developers to take a look at the case to see if they can find any reasons for that happening so we’ll update you here once we get to know more from them.
