Jetpack facebook integration troubleshooting

After deactivating all plugins to check wich crashes with my theme, i got errors with jetpacks facebook publish.

Please log in to my admin panel, click on products, and any product..

Then you get this red line in the publisher on the left..

“Refresh connection to facebook”

I have tried that numerous times, but it wont work.

Can you please help me?

    Hope you’re doing well today :slight_smile:

    I must say that I newer encountered this one before but searching online for a bit and I see several people claiming that they were able to fix this by simply deactivating the plugin, activating it again and reconnecting did the trick for them.

    Could you try that and tell me if it works for you?

    Thx man. That was an easy fix!

    At the same i got you here..

    When you look at the products in the adminpage, it is a ton of long sentences making me scroll a lot between products, looks like the SEO causes this, but is it possible to hide or something?

    Hi Stein,

    Glad to hear that worked, and for the second issue issue there is another easy fix :slight_smile:

    When on Products page in your admin section go to Screen Options in top right corner (Skjerminnstillinger in your case) and disable fields you don't want to see, these three from screenshot should sort your products nicely.
