I’m looking for a simple contact form which will include name, email, phone number, message and captcha that can be put into the sidebar. I tried cformsII and it’s awesome but for some reason it just wont fit in the sidebar.

I played with it a little while and I got the text boxes to fit but it takes too much customization. I want it easy as can be for the end user.
I searched like crazy and installed like 5 but none of them offer an easy solution except cformsII. Any suggestions?
