Make elements of support ticket private

Support ticket received a LIKE. I do not want my info public. How can I edit/modify so as to not be so specific on websites under review?

    I am sorry, I didn’t quite understand your question. Do you mean you want your support ticket private?

    If so, I am afraid, we can’t make all tickets private, but if you mention when you ask the question then our staff can mark that ticket private.
