Making an attractive pop over?

HI guys,

Loving the pop over plugin and I’m trying to make a nice looking ‘Join Now’ kind of pop over.

2 things:

1.) Can you make the pop over link to the sign up page?

2.) Anyone got any examples of nice designs they have done and where can I get the glass buttons from the homepage of WPMU DEV?

I need some plain glass buttons to overlay some icons on like the ones on the homepage.

Any ideas?
